“Remove Your Judgement In a Month Instead Of Waiting 10 Years and Increase Your Credit Score 150 Points!”

Hello, My Name is Casey! I Got into a Big Mess When I Got a Judgement on My Credit. But Lexington Removed My Judgement For me!
-Take Control of Your Life by Hiring Lexington Law to Remove Credit Judgments and Restore Your Good Credit Score
I never thought much about my credit score until I wanted to buy a new car. I knew I had some late payments and even missed payments on my credit cards, but I didn’t think it was a big deal.
I had a good job and I felt like I was a responsible person. I thought that should be enough to get me a decent car loan. Boy, was I wrong!
It was really embarrassing to go into the car dealership and have the salesman show me a copy of my credit report with a big fat F on it. When I looked at the report, I saw several collection items, including something called a civil judgment. At the time, I didn’t really know what that was.
But I did understand that as long as my credit score was so terrible, I couldn’t really blame the car dealership for not wanting to touch me with a 10-foot pole. I knew I would never get a new car unless I figured out what to do about that civil judgment.
I’ve since learned more than I ever wanted to know about civil judgments. Basically, a civil judgment is another term for a credit judgment. It’s a ruling that shows that you owe your creditors an outstanding debt, and it is absolutely devastating to your credit rating. In my case, my credit score had dropped over 250 points due to the judgment that had been placed on my account.

I Received This Awful Letter That I Would Not Be Able to Remove This Judgement From My Credit Report for 10 Years!
Because a credit judgment or civil judgment is public record, anyone and everyone can see it, including potential lenders and even employers. People who see the judgment will consider you an irresponsible person who is not to be trusted in business transactions or lending situations.
With such a stigma on your credit report, you will find it incredibly difficult to get a loan. Unfortunately, credit judgments can hang around for 10 to 12 years from the date of filing. A credit judgment is definitely not something you can just ignore for a while, hoping it will go away on its own. Consequences of a judgment can include:
-Seizure of your assets. Your creditors may be able to seize your assets and auction them off in order to pay your debts. This can be an especially painful process because the credits will sell your belongings at ridiculously low prices.
-Liens. If your creditors can get a court order, they can attach a lien to your house and property. This means that if you don’t pay your debt, the creditor may be able to force you to sell your house or property and turn over the proceeds to them.
-Wage Garnishment. In some cases, creditors can take money directly from your bank account in order to pay down your debts. The creditor will not care what kind of financial hardships you must endure as a result of the wage garnishment. This situation can be very demoralizing because you have effectively lost control of your own hard-earned money.
The more I learned about credit judgments, the more upset and frightened I became. Having scary penalties like liens, wage garnishment, and asset seizure hanging over my head for 10 to 12 years was almost more than I could stand. I wanted to have financial security for my family, and I knew that could never happen as long as I had credit judgments on my record.
Finally I stopped researching the problem and started looking into potential solutions. I spent hours and hours reading up on various credit repair companies, researching them on the Better Business Bureau, and comparing prices and services. I read all the credit blogs and talked to my friends. Finally, I decided to contact Lexington Law.
Unlike some of the other credit repair services I found online, Lexington Law does not require any upfront fees. In fact, the initial consultation is free, and they have a no-risk refund policy. This was a big point in their favor for me.
I’d seen plenty of shady credit repair companies during my research, and most of them seemed to be scams requiring clients to pay thousands of dollars upfront before they would even discuss the case. Plus, I personally know six people who have used Lexington Law and highly recommend their credit repair services.
When I called Lexington Law’s toll-free number for my free consultation, I spoke with a very kind and respectful lady who answered all of my questions about civil judgments and credit repair. Unlike my creditors and their agents, the Lexington Law rep treated me like a real person, not just a credit account.
She even took the time to ask me about my financial goals, and what it was I needed to achieve with my credit score. I told her all about my awful old rust bucket of a car, and how important it was for me and my family to have a safer, more reliable means of transportation.
The Lexington Law representative was confident that her company could help me. She assured me that credit repair services are perfectly legal. In fact, she said that anyone who is trying to say otherwise or asking for fees upfront is probably running some sort of scam.
She told me that the first thing to do when you find out about a pending credit judgment on your credit report is to ensure that you actually owe the debt. In my case, I did owe. Next, you should check the statute of limitations in your state. In some cases, the creditor may be trying to pull a fast one by filing papers for a judgment even though the statute of limitations has expired. If you catch them doing this, the judgment can easily be invalidated.
This sure sounded great in theory, but since I’m not exactly a legal expert, researching statutes of limitations and figuring out filing dates seemed pretty daunting to me. It seemed much easier and safer to let Lexington Law take over the dispute process for me.
After I handed the reins to Lexington Law, I felt a tremendous amount of relief. I finally felt hopeful about the whole situation. I stopped thinking that I had ruined my life through a few stupid financial mistakes, and started to believe that I might actually be able to fix my credit and get the new car that my family needed. I got my first decent night’s sleep in a long time!
Within 30 days, Lexington Law had delivered on all their promises. They not only got my civil judgment removed from my credit report, but also successfully deleted several other outstanding collection items from my record. Within a few months, my credit rating had recovered significantly, and I was finally able to get a good financing for a new car.
I felt so proud when I took my kids for their first ride in that new car! I knew that I wouldn’t have to worry about not being able to get myself to work or the kids to school on time anymore. Plus, I knew I could say goodbye to expensive, unexpected car repairs! My whole family loves Lexington Law because of the wonderful, life-changing service they provided.
Thinking back on the research I did on Lexington Law, I’m impressed even more by the sheer number of collection deletions they have achieved for their clients. In a single quarter, they normally delete about 1,700 negative items from people’s credit reports.
Now that I’m a Lexington Law client, I fully understand the enormity of that figure. Each one of those deletions was a life-altering, empowering event for a person just like me. When I think about those 1,700 deletions in human terms, I am once again truly amazed by what Lexington Law has accomplished.
I can’t recommend Lexington Law enough. If any part of my story sounds all too familiar to you, I strongly urge you to contact Lexington Law. There’s no risk, so you’ve got no excuse not to call their toll-free number right now.
Remember, if you just sit back and do nothing, a credit judgment can haunt you for 10 to 12 years! Don’t live with the threat of liens, wage garnishment, and asset repossession. Let Lexington Law dispute the judgment for you, and recover control of your financial future.
